This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through lineta.hr and in our communication with you, why we process it, how long we keep it and what your rights are. We process data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the GDPR.

2. What data we collect

  • Enquiry form data: full name, company or organisation, email, phone, selected service, location, project description and attached files.
  • Direct communication: data you send us by email, phone or social media.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and time of access, which the server records in security logs.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • answering your enquiry and preparing a quote – steps prior to a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  • performing the contract and invoicing – contract and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c));
  • website security and abuse prevention – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f));
  • showing the Google map – your consent given by clicking “Load map” (Art. 6(1)(a)).

4. Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact. Contract and accounting records are kept for the periods required by law (for accounting records generally 11 years). Server security logs are kept for up to 90 days.

5. Recipients

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Only our processors (website and email hosting, accounting service) under data-processing agreements, and public authorities where the law requires it, may access it.

6. Transfers outside the EU

If you load the Google map, Google LLC may process data outside the European Economic Area under its own privacy policy and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The map does not load unless you click.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Send requests to lineta@lineta.hr; we will reply within one month.

If you believe the processing breaks the rules, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last change.
